Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our synthetic data platform. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges. This role requires a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for selling innovative technology in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and target potential clients in our target market.
Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present compelling product demonstrations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Product Knowledge & Market Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of our AI-powered products and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
Understand the competitive landscape and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Provide feedback to the product team to help improve our offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and other internal teams to drive sales success.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling technology solutions.
3+ years of experience in selling AI/ML solutions is highly desirable.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM systems and tracking metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for technology and a strong interest in AI/ML.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to industry verticals such as telecom, cybersecurity, supply chain and financial services.
Knowledge of specific AI domains relevant to our company's focus (e.g., synthetic data, generative AI, deep learning).
Experience with SaaS sales and enterprise sales.
